Please note for standards order it take 1-2 business days after receipt of payment for us to print and have orders ready before shipment.

When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Delivery times are faster for metro areas than regional. Please note the shipping times above are estimates and some orders can take longer due to factors outside of our control. Contact us if you need your order in a hurry at

Please note some international orders will occasionally be charged customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.

We do not accept returns on printed items.

If you have changed your mind within 24 hours of placing an order please give us a call or email referencing your order number and your reason for changing/cancelling the order.

In the event you have ordered an incorrect garment, size, colour or uploaded an incorrect graphic for your order; please email us within 24 hours stating your order number and requesting what you need to be changed.

Please note we do not refund customers for change of mind. We can issue a credit to your account with us or adjust the order accordingly.

All production times displayed on our website excluding shipping time.


Rush orders:

We can not amend/cancel or credit your rush order. Please check your rush order carefully before making payment at checkout.

If we have made a printing error on your order please give us a call at your earliest convenience or send us an email with your order number and print error details, including any photos if necessary. A team member will get in touch with you within 24 hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to check artwork is suitable for printing.

We can not always promise stock to be available once placing an order. We will contact you within 24 hours if the stock is unavailable with an alternative or solution.

An order is confirmed once you make payment by entering your shipping & card details at checkout.

We apologise for any inconvenience regarding returns and exchanges. We will try our best to resolve any issues and ask that you respectfully work with us to achieve the best outcome.


Australia Post:

We do not take responsibility for Australia Post delayed times. Please note the post starts to run slow from 1st December and during the festive season. Please order in advance and allow extra days for shipping.

Do we offer click and collect?

We offer click and collect at our reception and dispatch office. Simply select pickup at the first stage of checkout.

Please note that our reception and dispatch office operates during weekdays only. If you need to pickup, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.
