Frequently Asked Questions
To place an order, simply send us an email (email@example.com) with the artwork and how you want it on the garment, the product you’d like to order or drop off, and how many pieces. Once this information is received we can send you a quote within 24 hours or less.
We take payments online. Pick up is free. We ship AU & NZ only.
For best results, Wash the garment inside out / cold water and hang dry. Do not iron on print. tip* wait 48 hours before first wash.
We send a proof of the product before we start printing to ensure this is exactly what the customer wants. Once this is confirmed returns and refunds are not obtainable. We only provide refunds if the product does not match the proof sent. For cancelled orders, there is a restocking fee of 15%.

No, we use top of the line vinyls and transfers & embroidery for bulk orders. Our products last for years !
Yes ! We have price breaks for every 12 items . Prices are based on quantity and what we’re printing. please contact us for a quote.
If the postal service your parcel to us as undelivered, we’ll be in touch to let you know as soon as we receive it back. Before we resend it out, we’ll double check your address with you to ensure it’s going to the right place.
If you need to change your delivery address and the campaign is still running, drop us a line at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to sort that out for you.
If the campaign has ended, but your order has not yet shipped, we should still be able to help you out – just get in touch and we’ll let you know!
Unfortunately, if the order has shipped there is nothing we can do at that point. Postal services should return your parcel to us as undelivered, and we’ll be in touch to check on your updated address before we send it out again.
[Please Note: if you update your address to a different country where shipping costs differ from your original order, you will need to pay the difference.]
